The Iskender is to die for! One of the best dishes I've had. Start with the hummus, babaghanouj, and sheppard, then go to the iskender. Finish with bakhlava + turkish coffee!

The meals that come out of this kitchen are really fresh and delicious. We started out with the shepherd salad. It was chopped tomatoes, cucumbers, parsley, green pepper with feta, oil and vinegar. It was a simple salad that really tasted exceptionally good. I liked the way they grated the feta cheese so that it was just sprinkled on top and wasn't overbearing. We then had the mixed appetizer with grape leaves, fried eggplant, hummus and babahamus. It was a nice assortment of different spreads and appetizers. » More on Bosphorus Restaurant Menu
